Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy: we will take back most items for any reason within 30 days of purchase for your original purchase price.
• No return will be accepted
without contacting us first, any questions you may have will be provided
upon request. You may contact us through email, phone, or live chat
on our website.
• All items must be in new condition and be returned in the original
packaging complete with everything it came with.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply for all refunds and returns.
• Merchandise that arrives damaged will be exchanged at no cost provided
we are notified immediately upon receipt of damaged merchandise.
• Exchange are for equal or greater value item only. Please specify
what item you are exchanging for, if exchange for greater value item(s)
we will send you a payment request for the difference before we can
do the exchange.
• The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on
all return/exchange shipments. We recommend you ship your return/exchange
item(s) using a trackable carrier and/or with insurance.
• All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE
for all products in all cases.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refund and exchange. They are usually
process at the end of the week after they have been received.
PLEASE NOTE: When returning product it is highly suggested to use a trackable and/or insured shipping method. All returns should be return within 30 days of purchased.

All new products are covered by SunglassOptic.com 1 year limited warranty
against manufacturer defects, and will be subject for repair or replacement.

any manufacturer defects or returns, please send it back to SunglassOptic.com
at the address to right box.
• Limited warranty does not cover for
any "Clearance Sales" item purchased.

• Limited Warranty does not cover for normal wears and tear, scratches,
or accidental misuse of the product in any manner.

• Due to certain manufacturers return policies, we can only cover on
all new and current models.
• Incase there is no replacement or the original purchased item has
been discontinued, order will be subject for store exchange for same

• Please be sure to ask for support and specific return conditions before

NON-Returnable Purchased: All prescription lenses are not available for return, as these are custom made to specialize for the prescription orders. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees), labor and/or lenses installation services. Any product that has been physically damaged or abused due to accidental or misused will not be accepted for returns.
